Sun National Bank Employees Volunteer as Part of “Banking on our Communities” Day

 

VINELAND, NJ, November 3, 2009 – On October 12, more than 700 Sun National Bank employees volunteered as part of the bank’s first “Banking on our Communities” day. Sun conceived the day so employees could support local communities not just through business and banking services, but through living the company’s philosophy that doing business in the community means being part of it.

Sun closed its offices at noon and more than 90 percent of its employees volunteered at more than 80 organizations in nearly 50 towns throughout New Jersey, working on more than 100 projects.
